A Student from Mangalore wins the 2nd Doodle4Google Competition

14-year-old school boy's Doodle is being displayed on Google India's Homepage on the Children's Day (Nov 14th). The winner is Akshay Raj, who is 9th grade student from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, India. This competition was open for students between grade 1 to grade 10. The winning doodle it titled as "Technically and Naturally Growing India" and you can check the doodle on today. Akshay's work was chosen from over 108,000 doodle submitted by students across the country.

And Akshay has received a Technology Starter Packagge and an INR 2,00,000 technology grant for his school.
